Developed and managed collaborative working relationships with agency personnel at various agencies in six states. • Developed information and recommendations based on account analysis for the renewal, and determined pricing strategy in conjunction with underwriter. Analyzed account current rate structure based on the fluctuating market, and recommend alternative pricing strategies to secure the account. Ensured guidelines for net retention were followed appropriately, subsequently determining the need for reinsurance while coordinating within company and department strategy.• Provided communication and direction for all processing requirements, including policy issuance and endorsements, premium registration and collection issues.
