I initiated proactive communication with around 100 clients on a day-to-day basis following the acquisition of Anthology’s Blackboard Collaborate. I reached out to those who had not been contacted to connect them with their current Account Managers regarding the enhanced capabilities and resources brought by Class.

I worked directly with executives and management team to optimize future revenue allocation. I also built foundational sales funnel infrastructure and revenue tracking charts using CRM and Google Sheets.

I worked in the revenue operations team to automate sales and marketing reports. To do this I became proficient in SQL to import necessary data from HubSpot to Google Sheets for revenue analysis. I would then data audit and create reports for the four other pipelines that I was responsible for managing.
