• Logging of all voucher through Tally ERP 9.• Certified internal auditor based on ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system.• Manage finance, accounts department and all bank facility (TR and LC).• Preparation of final accounts, balance sheet, profit & loss a/c & trial - balance.• Bank reconciliation and follow-ups.• Cash & fund flow preparation and monitoring.• Handling client and settlement of their accounts.• Managing cheques collection, payments, bank deposits and all operations.• Preparing debtor's reconciliation, creditors reconciliation & ageing report.• Reconcile of bank statements, cash in hand and inter-companies.• Preparation of monthly payrolls, stock reports and depreciation schedules.• To prepare MIS report, analyzing profitability in each segment.• Preparation of financial account and handling of external auditing.• Preparation of cheques and issuing of payments. • Collection of receivable amounts.• Retrieval of debtor’s amount on right time.• Preparation of monthly financial planning• Handles all bookkeeping, auditing and other monetary issues for the organisation.• Settlement of creditors. • Handling petty cash float.
