Current• Network Administration, Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows 10 and , WSUS• Familiar with Desktop deployment, VMWare (Virtual Machines and redundancy)• Virtual LANS and Routing• Cisco equipment knowledge• Excellent MS Office package skills• Some programming and scripting exposure• Proven track record of organizational and planning skills essential• Detailed knowledge of Active Directory• Implement network security at the level as established by company standards• Strong management and project management skills and experience• Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive• Analytical with a “helicopter” view of the organization• Have excellent interpersonal, presentation and team skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• An ability to develop and support in-house processes and communicating their implementation to all affected parties• Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Conduct training in IT programs and processes• Good timekeeping, attendance, and conduct attributes• Plan and implement additions, deletions, and major modifications to support the IT infrastructure• Implement network security at the level as established by company standards• Manage the administration and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure• Oversee the SLA’s per customer requirements• Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies• Ensure that company IT assets are maintained according to company standards• Own and drive the information security process• Maintain the IT related security risks in the risk register• Be responsible for the overall implementation and adherence to, of information security processes and procedures• Responsible for the IT budget, ensuring effective budget planning, control and co-ordination• Sound working relationship and administration to provide IT departmental financial information• Challenge others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model &mentor
