This strongly guided Vodafone’s network investment decisions, particularly when a competitor implemented a new product to gain performance advantage.Interfaced with other areas of the company to ensure the results and key messages were understood and utilised.To achieve all this, managed the delivery and offerings of various suppliers and sub-contracted bodies.
