The She Leads early career program identifies emerging women who have proven within their various industries to be moving the needle towards progress and display characteristics to be promising and effective future leaders. The program is a year-long development journey targeted to support the advancement and growth opportunities of early-career women in Atlanta.

HBCULinx was created to cultivate and encourage sustainable bonds of community through a Black relationship building platform, invest in the growth and stability of HBCU attendees/grads between ages 21-30, and nurture and support ALL Healthy Black Relationships!

In this role, I coordinated, developed, and implemented various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, including EEO reporting, benefits enrollment, and new hire onboarding (such as I-9 verification). I managed offboarding processes through Jira ticket management and ensured compliance with state and federal legislation. I conducted new employee orientations for all levels of staff, providing a thorough understanding of benefit plans, HR policies, and enrollment provisions. Additionally, I handled bi-weekly payroll input for the Customer Service team and maintained employee personnel files in an organized, secure, and confidential manner.
