I’ve created countless automated solutions custom fit to the customer’s individual needs. I’ve also implemented new systems and infrastructures for midsize organizations. Below are some notable tasks that I’ve performed for clients over the years:• Written countless PowerShell scripts to automate processes/tasks for Windows systems, Linux systems, Routers/Switches, Printers, and more.• Designed and implemented a “SCCM - Current Branch” infrastructure for an organization with 2000+ endpoints.• Created custom Windows 7 image for an organization to include fully automated patching strategy and fully automated WIM provisioning for their corporate and POS workstations.• Migrated a customer’s domain controllers from a physical to a virtual environment while raising the forest and domain functional levels from 2008 to 2012 R2.• Performed a migration from Internet Explorer 9 to Internet Explorer 11 for a customer with 9000+ users which involved • Implemented Apple DEP integration with existing MDM solution for customers needing a management strategy for corporate iOS devices.• Created multiple PowerShell scripts to configure servers and workstations for clients who needed to automate their manual configuration processes. This automation resulted in a more efficient and consistent configuration process. • Automated Cisco Router/Switch/Appliance configurations via PowerShell.• Provided expert root-cause analysis for Enterprise wide issues using tracing and analysis tools such as Process Monitor, Network Monitor, Fiddler, HTTPReplay, Netsh, Message Analyser, various other SysInternals tools, and custom PowerShell scripts.

• Migrated 50,000+ users from Domino and Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.• Managed a messaging infrastructure (including a Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment, Microsoft Lync 2010 infrastructure, RightFax infrastructure, Voltage Security infrastructure, BES servers, and Symantec Messaging Gateway, and Thread Management Gateway) in an international multi-domain environment.• Deployed Lync Server 2010 for 10,000+ accounts to coexist with a OCS 2007 R2 environment. • Wrote PowerShell scripts to automate management tasks for 50,000+ Exchange mailboxes and 10,000+ Lync Accounts.• Lead project to integrate BES and Voltage servers to allow for outbound encryption from blackberry devices.• Lead project to migrate all applications/devices/servers in a large enterprise environment to new Exchange receive connectors.• Worked directly with Microsoft to resolve critical issues/outages.• Migrated PRI lines between service providers.• Created/managed user accounts and devices using Call Manager, Unity, and Call Manager Express.• Wrote telephony training and administration documentation for support teams.• Acted as liaison between service contractors and retail location management.
