Realm Building Solutions was formed in 2017 by Troy Adams. We have some of the most experienced and qualified staff in the construction industry. We are equally comfortable in building a new house on a greenfield site; an extension of an office space in a factory or a partial repair of a fire damaged façade. We take the same approach with each project and ensure we get it right the first time. We use specialized estimating software that enables accurate plan take offs, so our prices are accurate and complete. When it comes to undertaking the work, we have a fully documented Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management system that is written in compliance with AS/NZS and ISO standards.Realm Building Solutions are specialized in roof replacement works for the insurance industry due to a high demand for quality contractors across both Queensland and New South Wales. This element of the business has continued to expand, and Realm have now carried out over 400 separate roofing replacement contracts since being conceived.

  We are all very pleased with our roof, it looks beautiful, the boys worked really hard and did a great job, especially all the fiddly bits around the eaves and under the top balcony that were hard to get at.Thanks for sending out the guys so quickly to try and fix the solar hot water. It seems to be working properly now thank goodness. We met the guys at Em’s house today, who were taking away all the extra stuff, and even took the tarps! I am stoked! I thought we would have to get rid of those ourselves.
