I began as an account associate, then was promoted to my first leadership position as account executive of creative services, moved all the way up to the executive board as director of creative services, and am now currently the director of business development.-Managed 3 other members in the business development department and guided them through their work-Researched and pitched to potential clients-Pitched to the Institute of International Journalism, Natural Freedom Wellness Center, and Court Street Coffee, securing them as new clients-Created surveys to ensure satisfaction among our clients

Kingston Healthcare is a senior living company that provides skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation services throughout its 14 facilities. I interned with the marketing team at home office, located downtown Toledo. Throughout the course of my internship, I accomplished the following:-Brainstormed content ideas that would drive engagement with potential residents and their families-Defined specific goals of Kingston’s content strategy and ideated campaigns aimed at achieving those goals-Generated different forms of written content and worked with another intern to help with video content-Wrote all of the content for a respiratory therapy brochure that was given to COPD patients in the hospital to help them understand what Kingston's program offers -Researched and organized a variety of resources relating to dementia and memory care in order to create an online memory care resource guide for people with dementia and their caregivers-Wrote a website entry about Kingston's memory care services, which was posted on their website-Developed a content calendar to complete projects on time -Organized and managed all aspects of my own projects -Helped brainstorm and edit copy for ads
