Social Engagement And Reputation Coordinator
CurrentMaintain the social reputation and rating of major accounts on platforms including Yelp, Google, Facebook, and TripAdvisor. Responsibilities include engaging customers by responding directly to negative and positive reviews on behalf of clients and accounts on the previously mentioned platforms, and determining the validity of removing reviews based on each platform’s policy guidelines. Must keep up to date on changes made to review site policy guidelines and speak directly with platform representatives who determine final say on review removal status.
