Full-time student in the U.S. Army Sustainment University’s Logistics Captains Career Course (LOGCCC) at Fort Gregg-Adams, VA. A 24-week certifying course for the development of logistics managers across the Department of Defense and allied countries. Primarily focuses on the wholistic planning, forecasting and management of sustainment efforts in military operations.

Executive Officer for the Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC) of a General Officer’s headquarters of 250 employees. Serves as the Commander’s action officer for day-to-day management of 4 administrative support staff and 5 staff section leaders. Meshes the 1-star command and company commander’s intent to establish priorities and associated timelines. Drives quarterly training and performance objectives through resource procurement, risk management, and trend analysis for all employees.Establishes, manages, and reports on government-directed programs that support the company’s ability to deploy and support operations world-wide. Deployed with the unit to and within the Arabian Peninsula from 2023-2024. Established initial basing facilities, operational equipment, and resupply nodes for a new contingency operating base in the Western peninsula. Synchronized logistics and manning requirements with senior host-nation military officials, strengthening trust in the area.

Executive Officer of a Combat HET Company consisting of 260 employees. Responsible for the supervision and development of 7 senior and supporting staff leaders across 6 sections. Closely managed, coordinated, and reported maintenance efforts of over $100m in equipment. Primarily analyzed maintenance downfalls against all operational requirements to advise senior leaders on our organization’s capabilities.Served as the Commander’s action officer and second in command. Responsible for ensuring the overall success of the organization through day-to-day management of support staff and section leadership, defining priorities, and meeting operational timelines. Defined and tracked KPIs of subordinate leaders and advised the commander of unit trends.Deployed the organization to Europe in support of 2022 NATO assurance and reinforcement initiatives as the unit movement officer. Primarily coordinated the distribution of combat platforms with 200k oversized/overweight over-the road miles across 7 international borders.

HETS (Heavy Equipment Transporter) Platoon Leader. Oversaw 50 employees through direct management of five section leads while ensuring proper maintenance, reporting, and operation of 24 oversized vehicles on a daily basis. Directly responsible for $22m in equipment.Responsible for upholding operability of the platoon through forecasting training, ensuring medical & physical well-being, and driving quarterly priorities.Oversaw daily tasks to conduct tactical and line-haul convoys to transport, deploy, or recover tracked (Abrams Tank, Bradley Fighting Vehicle, M88 Hercules) vehicles in support of III Armored Corps.

Attended Transportation Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC) at Army Logistics University (ALU). Studied logistics and sustainment doctrinal functions and processes within the U.S. Army. Trained on Army leadership doctrine related to managing Soldiers and operationalizing requirements.Volunteered to serve as the HR lead, responsible for 48 peer students’ compensation benefits, PTO requests, medical readiness, and follow-on travel coordinations.
