I am a seasoned RVT with experience in emergency, neuro, ortho and general small animal practices. I'd make an excellent addition as an RVT working surgeries and on appointments and I'd also excel as a practice manager with all my experience over the years helping clinics from the time they open their doors to time time they take their first patient and perform their first surgery. I have been responsible for ordering supplies, making staff schedules and evaluating staff performances as well as training new hires so that they perform the job at my standards (which are high). I have also helped reconfigure how patients are cared for and by whom when hospitalized as it was found treatments and patient hygiene was not being tended to appropriately.
