Reconciliation of general ledger accounts and all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable.• Review AR/AP Aging Report for responsibility.• Reviewing invoices for purchase order discrepancies.• Weekly check runs• Monitoring all vendor accounts and ensuring dispute issues are handled in a timely manner• Monthly account reconciliations for all payables, receivables, employee credit cards and bank statements• Collection calls or email follow up for monthly billings when not paid within terms.• Maintaining Vendor W-9s for current each year and sending out year end 1099s. Filing year end 1099s • Managing company cash flow • Direct supervisor responsible for overseeing 5 employees • Ensure accounts receivable invoices are paid within terms and vendor invoices are paid according to company policy• Facilitate job cost reporting process and job budget entries.• Process monthly contract billings and change orders from Project Managers.• Provide lien releases for all payments received and review customer accounts for billing accuracy.• Gather lien releases from all suppliers on a monthly basis.• Making sure monthly billings are paid in a timely manner & within standard terms.• Review subcontractor insurance certificates for contract compliance.• Assist with reviewing monthly Profit and Loss Statements• Analyzing job status reports.• 1099 Year End Reporting
