The plant will likely have some learners complete Level 2 by year’s end• Ensure all aspects of an effective training programs exist and are maintained thus allowing a highly effective and efficient work force• Act as SME work process (MP, EH&S and MFWP) knowledge to ensure meets and /or exceeds desired targets• Own and improve NMI process for the plant• Own all plant internal and external hiring work process• Fulfill role of in- plant HR reprehensive thus ensuring speed and expertise in this critical area.• Assisted MiOps in veterans recruiting thus establishing a diversified work force• Co- Lead the BIC and Cap team for CCLG. A diverse group focused on delivering superior feedback and actionable items thus ensure CCLGs continuous improvement -
