Management System Expert, Work Process Leader, Applied Behavioral Science expert, client consultant, and project manager for Mid-Methocel. My primary role is to mentor and develop all roles in the plant to drive organizational effectiveness to enable and accelerate client performance and business success.• Utilized Management Systems reviews to drive client success in achieving plant goals and objectives. Thus creating multiple top ten production days throughout my tenure at Mid-Methocel.• Facilitate and drive the development of goals and objectives to ensure Mid-Methocel meets and /or exceeds both MiOps and business needs.• Work with subject matter exerts and plant leadership to perform ABS on high impact behaviors targeting opportunities to improve OEE and environmental compliance concerns• Utilize all available technologies (ex. Lean, IPS) and resources (Leveraged Tech / Admin) to improve plant performance• Conduct and utilize RCI technologies to target UPE to ensure that repeat failures are reduce and /or eliminated• Lead OEM development, implementation and progress with in the plant to ensure Mid-Methocel meets the Site objective of 75% of learners through 1 level. The plant will likely have some learners complete Level 2 by year’s end• Ensure all aspects of an effective training programs exist and are maintained thus allowing a highly effective and efficient work force• Act as SME work process (MP, EH&S and MFWP) knowledge to ensure meets and /or exceeds desired targets• Own and improve NMI process for the plant• Own all plant internal and external hiring work process• Fulfill role of in- plant HR reprehensive thus ensuring speed and expertise in this critical area.• Assisted MiOps in veterans recruiting thus establishing a diversified work force• Co- Lead the BIC and Cap team for CCLG. A diverse group focused on delivering superior feedback and actionable items thus ensure CCLGs continuous improvement
