As the Executive Director of Citizens for a Better South Florida, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who share the same vision and mission of promoting environmental stewardship and preservation through collaborative programming and partnerships with key stakeholders. In my current role, I cultivate and maintain relationships with local government agencies, foundations, corporations, schools, and community organizations to secure funding, support, and participation for our programs and initiatives. I also oversee the development and implementation of effective and engaging curriculum and workshops for K-12 students, college faculty, and adult learners, covering topics such as community green spaces, urban forestry, climate change, and sustainability.
