Within the past four years of my experience I have been apart of the orthopedic side of medicine. I was a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant at Hahnemann University Hospital in the Orthopedic department assisting a surgeon in office with both pre and post op. During my time at Hahnemann I proceeded to make a change to Rothman Orthopedics where my duties remained the same. Duties consisting of obtaining patients medical history/records, removing post op closures such as suture/staples, dressing or uncovering and cleaning wounds. I enjoy the clinical part of my job the most.. being social interacting with patients and being hands-on. While maintaining accuracy and detail in the administrative part of my job.
