Implement and champion an ISO9001:2015 QMS system for comprehensive quality control. • Collaborate with management to ensure a harmonious and holistic integration of the QA system across departments. • Enhance and optimize existing Quality Control (QC) systems, covering supplierqualification, equipment calibration/servicing, raw materials testing, and finished productstesting. • Spearhead the reduction in non-conformances, deviation, and enhance regulatory compliance. • Maintaining all the CAPA, deviations, and Change control registers.• Conduct thorough root cause analysis employing the Five Why’s and Ishikawa Fishbone Diagram techniques to pinpoint the genuine or most likely root cause.• Define specifications for raw materials and finished products, ensuring clear quality standards. • Design workflows, create production flowcharts, and establish an efficient organizational structure in collaboration with management. • Curate retention production samples.• Oversee potential hygiene, cGMP, and audits. Including training staff and management. • Lead health and safety efforts, and waste management programme, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe working environment. • Contribute to product development, including test recording, interpretation, and the process from concept to final approval.

Establish and Maintain the Quality Management Systems in relation to ISO9001:2015.• Create, Implement, and sustain quality management policies, procedures, and work instructions. • Determining the specifications requirements for products and services. • Implementing control of the processes in accordance with the criteria. • Analyse and Investigate production non-conformance, quarantined stock, and reduceproduction wastage. • Determining, maintaining, and retaining documented information for traceability.• Report on monthly critical supplier performance in meetings. • Coach, mentor, and ensure personal development of the team so that required expertise and skills are maintained.• Maintaining and controlling root cause analysis and corrective actions procedures.

Requesting and downloading product release documents, ensuring that the correct documents have been furnished by the supplier. • Conduct annual Product Quality Review (PQR), and Technical Quality Agreements(TQA). • Liaise with third party vendors to obtain the necessary qualification forms for new vendors and request updated documents for existing vendors as and when required.• Maintain all relevant documentation aligned to SAHPRA legislative requirements. • Receive products and initiate product release documentation. • Log samples, download data logger information, and create Temperature summary reports. • Track and request order numbers for Product testing. • File release records (hardcopy and electronic). • Request sampling tracker if not sent by UPD on a weekly basis. • Maintaining the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Batch Production record (BPR) registers to ensure required docs for QA are available. • File reviewed data and completed report (hardcopy and electronic). • Update the audit tracker and register once audit report is filed. • Create lot release master documentation

Testing the stability of pharmaceutical products using USP, BP and internal SOP. • Operating with a strong understanding of GLP and cGMP in laboratory and Productionplant. • Conducting Tests such as: Citrates, Phosphates, Assays, titration, Sodium Chloride, Glucose Anhydrous, 5-HMF, Aluminium, Magnesium, water tests etc.• Maintaining Good housekeeping (GHK) and high company safety standards. • Calibrating instruments before use daily according to ISO/IEC 17025 e.g., pH/Conductometer, Analytical Balances, Osmometer, fluorometer. • Testing products using HPLC, UV and AA Spectrophotometer. • Writing scientific reports and submitting on time. • Initiating Stability Products in Pharmaceutical chambers and ensuring temperature and humidity mapping of storage areas.• Assist my team and Supervisor in any duties needed to be executed and tasks of the plant.
