I’m the owner of Element Agency, an award-winning creative firm based in Alaska, where I’ve spent over a decade leading strategic communications, brand strategy, and business strategy for a diverse range of organizations, brands, and campaigns. My background in public policy and government relations gives me a strategic edge in navigating leadership, socio-economic, and resource governance challenges across Alaska and beyond.I’m also the co-founder of The Boardroom, a dynamic shared workspace and event venue for entrepreneurs and innovators, and Galanin + Klein, a retail concept that celebrates BIPOC and women-owned brands.
