In my capacity as the Director of Operations at Equity Experts, my primary mission revolves around optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. One of my core responsibilities involves programming all our operational workflows into our software infrastructure, ensuring that accounts progress seamlessly through collections outreach and legal procedures in collaboration with our attorney partners. I lead a dedicated team of paralegals and manage our attorney partner vendors across the nation, all aimed at ensuring our clients' satisfaction and the resolution of their delinquency issues.In addition to these responsibilities, I also spearhead our business analytics efforts, through management of our IT department and data analytics team, delivering metrics that empower our business decision-making processes. Leveraging the power of Domo, we provide comprehensive insights into our business performance, process optimization, and employee productivity. Additionally, via our data analytics capabilities, we furnish our clients with dynamic and thorough reporting.

Utilizing Equity Experts and our proven process has continued to better the financial stability of countless communities nationwide. As Director of Business Development at Equity Experts I work to build positive and productive relationships with clients by scheduling regular meetings, visiting clients’ offices, and ensuring our client services team answers all day to day questions accurately and efficiently. By understanding client needs and customizing our existing business programs to meet their needs, our team has been able to expand into 27 states nationwide. Utilizing Equity Experts and our proven process has continued to better the financial stability of countless communities nationwide. Through data analytics, in-depth interviews, and general research I developed a Client Experience Matrix that establishes routine processes for our client relations team to utilize while guiding clients throughout their relationship with Equity Experts.As Director of Business Development I also oversee a talented and persistent sales team during the entire sales process from prospect to current client, and I am responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
