-Empower student-athletes to cultivate essential life skills to flourish amidst life’s transitions by curating programs and resources to facilitate educational growth and meaningful support-Serve as project coordinator for strategic planning focus area dedicated to developing the workforce across the Wisconsin Athletics organization-Lead personal and professional development efforts focusing on Name, Image and Likeness (NIL), brand identity, financial literacy, transitions, healthy relationships, and more-Led career & leadership team dedicated to helping 100% of graduating student-athletes secure meaningful career outcomes (goal accomplished 2019-2023)

-Elevated lives and accelerated dreams by providing individualized coaching with current and former student-athletes -Built and facilitated coach-requested team workshops and activities for developmental topics of interest in alignment with coaching staff vision, including brand & media trainings, NIL pitch development, golf lessons, employer site visits, career panels, leadership lessons, DiSC and Strengths assessments, financial literacy, and NFL preparation

-Supervised three employees-Developed staff handbook, on-boarding and training experiences-Planned events, facilitated courses, and collaborated with campus-Primarily focused on developmental topics such as career, leadership, violence prevention, financial literacy, personal branding and professional communication-Led strategic planning, annual tracking, and reporting efforts -Produced promotional communication and marketing campaigns-Assisted upper level growth of the department by collaborating with units across athletics to elevate the lives of student-athletes through a holistic and individualized wellness approach

-Planned events, taught courses, and advised student organizations for the holistic development of 800+ student-athletes-Main programming responsibilities included the new student-athlete orientation, first year transition course, upperclassmen leadership development course, bystander intervention and alcohol education, financial literacy workshops, SAAC, annual awards show, involvement competition among varsity teams, and social media/personal branding education

-Serve alongside Alec Ingold, professional NFL athlete, to execute vision for cultivating environments of inspiration and motivation-Collaborate to facilitate annual Money Mini Camp curriculum and experiences to teach financial literacy, personal and professional development skills to the youth of Madison, WI

-Worked for the National Basketball Association (NBA) Developmental League’s Continued Education program-Drafted publication communication through President's Reports, NACDA Magazine N4A Corners, & N4A Newsletters-Organized and managed administrative details of the Executive Board of Directors, Committees, Membership, Communication Plan, Strategic Plan, Region Conferences, National Convention, Budget, Sponsorships, and Certifications-Created the Sponsorship Pyramid, increased relationships with companies, and organized the Exhibitor Hall at the National Convention-Managed N4A Finance Committee meetings and developed the 2013-14 Budget database
