Awarded $60,000 for my data analysis and research proposal on the relationship between marginalizing behaviors and postpartum complications of women who received undesired C-sections.

Managed communication projects for government clients including The Point of the Mountain State Land Authority, Sandy City, Cache County and Kaysville City. Secured new clients such as Salt Lake County and Pleasant Grove City by developing business proposals and responses to RFPs.

Authored the 2021 Annual Report on Intergenerational Poverty in Utah. Coordinated data from research partners at other state agencies and collected data using SQL from our data warehouse. Researched public policies and studies that focused on poverty reduction for disadvantaged populations. Analyzed ways to pull new data indicators to determine how COVID-19 played a role for Utahns in a cycle of poverty in 2020. Created new visual graphics to communicate the new data clearly in the report.Managed the editorial calendar for the Labor Market Information's blog. Coordinated reviews of the content. Compiled the monthly enewsletter to stakeholders and researched new stakeholders to add to our communications list. Directed communication efforts for Draper City’s government services and public policy initiatives by the Mayor and City Council. This includes managing the website, social media, newsletter, editorial articles, video, design and traditional media.Managed the COVID-19 relief program, Draper Deals, which involved recruiting 100 participating businesses and motivating 10,000 households to spend $300,000 at the businesses.Led the creation and development of a new city logo, new website and new brand style guide.
