This foundation inspired me to launch the CurlCap Creative Workshop, a vibrant space where participants can customize their CurlCaps while unlocking their creativity. Here, we tackle hair discrimination head-on—did you know nearly 60% of Black teens feel insecure about their hair while playing sports? The CROWN research study shows that 86% face hair-based bias by age 12.
