My introduction into the professional workforce began in 2009 as a leasing professional. Early on, I excelled and was promoted to a specialized team that dealt with troubled properties. I assisted in the complete rehab of older properties, occupancy crisis and liquidations. Still young and exploring my skills, I entered into the logistics field at an eCommerce facility. I began with consolidation and was promoted to quality control. I would contact customers regarding their orders and reconcile any problems with deliveries. Assisting customers and dealing directly with clients is my specialty. My ability to easily connect and diagnose issues lead me back into the property management field. My expertise landed me a role as community manager of a multi family property. As the sole office employee, my duties include those of leasing professional, assistant manager, and community manager. My personable disposition and ability to quickly solve problems, aid in resident retention. My occupancy consistently remains at 98% or above. I am, and will be, an asset to any team I join. I aim to obtain a position in which I can utilize my previous customer relation experience.
