Executing system generated daily cycle counts by location of product for inventory accuracy. Lead team in new replenishment processes by increasing on hand amounts, decreasing the need to restock as often; using first in first out (FIFO) method for easier ordering. Coordinate and arrange shipments based on service area and daily forecasting ensuring order accuracy, fast deliveries and customer satisfaction.Utilize agility inventory tracking and point of sale system for easy product look up, quotes and placing orders for productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve regular and unusual production problems in inventory; driving stock accuracy, reducing shrink and loss.
