• Turnaround 2019/2020 Permit Writer (October 2019-February 2020): Delegated to write Safe Work/Hot Work Permits for all jobs on Turnaround. Risk assessment and isolation planning, to ensure low practicable reduction of unsafe activities being carried out. Thoroughly list work being done, where and when in ordinance with issued/work order job scope. Identify Hot Work Jobs and what hazards can arise. Compose and prepare Confined Space Permits with detailed work list, hazards present, proper PPE and a written Rescue Plan. • Reforming (May 2019- August 2020): Responsible for making thorough rounds on all pumps, turbines, vessels, natural gas pipeline readings, reformer flame visual inspections, tube temperatures and register adjustments to ensure the optimal conditions are present in the production of Methanol and all current conditions are within safety and standard operating procedures. Execute lock out tag-out procedures for equipment. Maintain a complete understanding of process flows, conditions, and start up/shutdown procedures.• Water Treatment (November 2017-May 2019): Operate Cation/Anion demineralization unit, control condensate recovery, neutralization system, High Pressure Boiler Feed water pumps and Turbines to provide demineralized water and steam for the Methanol and Ammonia plant productions. Execute routine tasks such as lockout/tag-out procedures, collecting and interpreting field data and samples in conjunction with control room information, make chemical feed adjustments from lab analysis preformed periodically throughout shift.

Boiler Operations1-Million Pound Steam Production: Maintain Site steam and boiler feed water heater for surrounding units. Responsible for rounds and Water samples to assist the proper operation on 2-250,000 lbs Boilers and 1-500,00 lbs boiler. Operate within all safety and operational guidelines to ensure zero safety, health and environmental incidents.

Cyanides Control Room Operator: 2013-2017Production of Hydrogen Cyanide, ACH, and NH3 Recovery unit along with plant utilities. Responsible for controlling and making adjustments to the process. Recording,operating and monitoring screens and instruments to ensure the process is operating within the defined conditions and production specifications.Working to ensure there zero safety, health and environmental incidents. Trouble shooting any situation that may arrise with production. Regulating and shutting down equipment in a safe and contolled manner durring emergency situations or as directed by supervision. Training and developing new board operators.Cyanides Field Operator:Executing routine task such as lockout/tagout procedures, collecting and interpreting field data and samples in conjunction with control room information, performing pump and vessel readings, loading and unloading of raw materials for plant operation,troubleshooting abnormal conditions,diagnosing/developing solutions required, training and developing new operators.Detail Supervisor:Assist and fill in for Shift Supervisor/Lead Foreman over Cyanides Unit and Plant Services whose duties include strategic planning,managing projects, improving efficiency withing the process,team building, and scheduling.Emergency Response Team:Incident Commander in training and Captain for the Fire Brigade, Medical Response technician, Hazmat technician, Confined Space/Technical Rescue and Pumper Truck Certified.
