- Coordinate the annual Dentist Day at the Capitol event.- Provide staff support to the Council on Dental Care and its Standing Committees on Mediation Review and OHCA/DHS. - Manage the Mediation Review program.- Provide staff support to the Council on Governmental Affairs.- Manage the Rewards Partners endorsement program and provide staff support to the Rewards Committee.- Coordinate and maintain all building and grounds service contracts.- Maintain office inventory, equipment leases and maintenance agreements.- Liaise with contractors and vendors to coordinate all internal IT functions, including the maintenance and updates of all hardware and software.- Serve as part of the staff team to plan and execute the ODA Annual Meeting. Responsible for: Exhibit Hall, DENPAC fundraiser, transportation/freight, and other duties as assigned.- Serve as part of the staff team to plan and execute the Oklahoma Mission of Mercy (OkMOM).
