I started as a Direct Service Supporter, was promoted to On site supervisor, was promoted to Assistant Program Supervisor, then promoted to a single 6 bed ICF QIDP, and then I was promoted to a QIDP of 2 waivered homes.Clientele have physical, mental, and behavioral disabilities.
