Greet patients and prepare and clean offices before and after the patient. Prepare the paperwork and start the check up with the patient. Prepare any medications the doctor has directed you to make for the patient. Be sure everything is stocked, cleaned and organized in the front and back of the office. Once a week do inventory. Everyday be sure to wash floors and laundry. Take calls, set appointment's and orders. Do blood tests and fecal test and prepare and turn in lab tests. Engage patients in conversation and make them feel comfortable as they wait for the doctor.
