I am passionate about healthy work environments, especially where you’re free to talk to any colleague about work, regardless of title or team. I love when an all-hands-on-deck meeting is something to look forward to instead of dread. That’s when I know things are going very well. Maintaining that feeling of security and belonging through thick and thin requires proactive, dynamic leadership styles and genuine, human interactions. That is what I support, and that is what I bring. I am so proud to say that I successfully created a Business Management System for my company using the building blocks provided by SmartSheet along with my talent for fostering collaboration from even the most disparate onlooker. I know without a doubt that everyone has something valuable to bring to the table, and I’m very good at discerning how a person’s unique point of view can take a lifeless effort to a thriving success. Like this database, it just takes respect, effective communication, a little intuition, and a lot of patience. This system is my pride and joy.
