I am someone who enjoys being creative and bringing dreams and ideas to life. I have a passion for making things beautiful and seeing people's faces light up when their vision is turned into an amazing piece of art.My teammates know that they can rely on me to be there to help out with everything I can. In return, I know that I can rely on them. "Teamwork makes the dream work" is a phrase I live by in my daily life for work and school as well as home life. Together we can achieve marvelous things and accomplish more than our hearts desire!As a Trainer at Kelly, I had the opportunity to watch people learn and grow on their position and that is an amazing accomplishment. I enjoy seeing my learners spread their wings and fly. Once I switched to Kelly from my previous job, it took me less than 8months to reach a this goal, the first 3-4 of those months being minimum requirements before applying for a new position. My favorite part to the accomplishment of reaching this goal was how many people applied vs how many interviewed vs how many were chosen for the position. I had been offered positions in other departments but I knew I wanted to be a trainer. As this was my first chance to apply for this position, I found it a great accomplishment that I was 1 of 7 chosen. More than 500 applicants. Only 30 were granted an interview. Only 7 of that 30 were chosen. I left Kelly in 2023 for personal reasons an exploring the entrepreneurial world while also working as a Solutions Specialist at Russell Cellular. I enjoy being able to assist my customers is their decision making process and bringing a smile to their faces.
