Working as a Team Specialist, I’ve gained skills such as a willingness to learn, adaptability and problem solving. In my religious organization, I’ve always been the go-to person for assisting with troubleshooting devices for my peers, whether it be mobile devices, laptops or tablets. This has encouraged me to transition into IT with the help of Per Scholas by obtaining my CompTIA A+ certification.
