CurrentTo direct the operations of a remote Credit Union facility, ensuring the branch meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans. Handles daily operations and branch security of the branch and branch personnel under the guidelines of appropriate policies. Oversees branch sales and member service goals and timetables as established by executive management.Measures results and effectiveness of goals and timetables for assigned branch, suggesting improvements or changes (in writing) to management.Maintains appropriate information in performance for direct reports and review performance with each associate quarterly.Cross trains associates and monitors performance to ensure appropriate member service levels and succession planning through periodic evaluations.Manages cost accounting for branch while minimizing all unnecessary costs.Coordinates staffing to ensure appropriate member service levels while keeping overtime at a minimum.Supports all member service activities through the ability to perform the duties of all branch positions.Assists with efforts for community involvement as directed by collaborating with Business Development.Handles member problems to include reviewing and analyzing appropriate documents, screens, identification cards, and signatures to consider approval of transactions outside the parameters established by the Credit Union.Assists with member service related projects.Supports and adheres to member service standards.Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships.
