After several years of experience in Talent Acquisition (recruiting, management, recruitment systems and acquisition integration, etc.), I am re-engaging on the agency front to leverage my passion for aligning talent with opportunity at Jeff Denney Recruiting. • As Talent Acquisition Manager, I am responsible for managing the recruiting team and function for the acquisition team to include a team of five. I am held accountable for day to day operations and success of the team.
• Identifying and selecting team recruiting team members
• Tracking team metrics and ensuring team objectives are met
• Perform staffing reviews and write yearly performance reviews.
• Work with the Director, Talent Acquisition to performance managing associates and develop strategic growth plans for Recruiting Team.
• Review and evaluate results from recruiting process audits and address inconsistencies as necessary.

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Programs Manager team manages and executes global processes and programs that enable the TA team to sustain and maintain growth trajectory. The TA Programs Manager is responsible for overseeing TA integration of newly acquired businesses and for managing and sustaining all global Talent Acquisition trainings including but not.

• As Talent Acquisition Manager, I am responsible for managing the recruiting team and function for the COE West to include a team of seven recruiters supporting 6+ Stryker divisions/business units. I am held accountable.

• Accountabilities
• Lead the strategic execution of Online and Social Media presence in support of sourcing, recruitment, and employment branding domestically and internationally.
• Develop and implement online talent acquisition strategy to drive the creation and ongoing nurturing of the Talent Community; engaging with passive and active job seekers, as well as current employees.
• Partner with all appropriate individuals and departments including recruiters, Brand & Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, IT, HR, and web development to accomplish goals and execute strategy.
• Network and partner with appropriate external personalities, vendors, tools, communities to extend awareness of Stryker’s employment brand.
• Actively educate colleagues and industry on community technology changes, updates and recommend adoption of new technologies.

• Coordinate and administer the non-exempt recruitment and selection system within the division in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Assist in the interpretation and administration of company policies and guidelines and will advise and counsel others in equitable application.
• Maintain constant and effective involvement in employee relations activities taking a leadership role as appropriate.
• Coordinate for and/or assist in the training of exempt employees.
• Assist in the compilation and/or preparation of confidential reports, statistics, graphs and/or files for the Human Resource function.
