Take calls coming into general number for all 4 offices in Wilmington NC. Answer general questions about our practice and services provided. Setup appointments for new and existing patients. Gather demographic, information about previous care, problem focus information about what has them coming in for treatment, insurance information. Coordinate paperwork that needs to be completed, obtaining xrays and previous dental records. Answer and resolve any and all sort of billing concerns. De-escalate patients. Work with other team members and DDS to coordinate care, times. Schedule appointments based on DDS preferences and schedule grids. Discuss cost of care and estimated patient portions. Schedule emergency appointments and cleaning appointments. Coordinate after care such as referrals, getting xrays, referral forms and chart notes to other offices.
