Britni is Office Manager at Gladstone Place Partners, focused on the firm’s operations, people and culture. As part of the operations team, Britni promotes efficiency, productivity and supports firm-wide strategic initiatives, as well as manages the day-to-day office administration. Britni’s primary focus supporting the firm’s people and culture, is to promote a collaborative culture that fosters mentorship, teamwork, and personal and professional growth. She handles onboarding processes, as well as manages the firm’s comprehensive summer internship program and serves as a mentor for summer interns and analysts. Britni strives to embody each of the firm’s values from teamwork to shared vision to excellent client focus and leads by example. Britni joined Gladstone Place Partners in 2018 from RWN Management, where she helped manage day-to-day office operations and supported the CEO. She graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Sociology concentrating in race, class, and gender.
