Consumer CellularProject Summary:At Consumer Cellular, I led 2 teams. One team was the CS team and consisted of 15 members including QA, software engineers, 2 PO's, and a delivery manager. The second team was the Automation in Testing team which consisted of 5 QA and one delivery manager. Both teams were working on a handful of different projects at a time. Responsibilities:• Coached and mentored teams on using the scrum framework and the importance of being agile.• Built multiple confluence pages for each team.• Partnered and coached delivery and senior managers on correct scrum processes.• Noted areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.• Met individually with team members as needed, to iron out team disagreements about processes and work styles.KrogerProject Summary:At Kroger, l drove a successful team to build two applications for the location and number of items in a store. I oversaw application development principles in full-stack development. Our team consisted of 1 tech lead, 3 senior developers, a senior solutions architect, and an SDET.Responsibilities:• Organized & led all scrum ceremonies including DSU's, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.• Built multiple confluence pages.• Oversaw & managed scope, time, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.• Prepared & presented reports on the team’s progress and success.• Coordinated activities and worked with other teams across the program that we had dependencies with.• Organized and facilitated planning and coordination.• Ensured my team was held accountable for the agile SDLC and made sure my team used appropriate tools, standards, and best practices throughout the cycle.• Promoted and demonstrated core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability & visibility.• Ensured the team was tracking and communicating team progress alongside metrics to the appropriate resources.
