Hi there! I'm Briton Cobb. I'm 22 years old, currently residing in Grand Traverse AreaI graduated in 2019 from Elk Rapids Highschool. And went through 2 years of Culinary Art's where I learned how to work in a Kitchen. Shortly after graduation I had an offer to do some Job training at a local lodge for a few months. This was my first real experience and I loved it. But shortly after starting, they closed for the summer, and I started looking for other positions. I eventually found, and started working for Shanty Creek. I started off as a banquet runner for the Lakeview Hotel, but after 2 months I was moved to a line-cook position at the Cedar River Bistro where I remained until COVID-19 restrictions at the time, shutdown all kitchens. I did 2 months of golf course maintenance for the resort before leaving to work at a Local Restaurant called "Sarducci's Creekside"I left shortly after I started though. Due to mismanagement issues and safety concerns. And later found a Job Position as a Cafeteria worker for my local school. But was later moved to a lead position.
