I have a passion for Customer Experience Satisfaction. Through my professional career I've applied that passion at the Tourism and clothing industry. In 2022 I've discovered my love to Environmental Engineering, that I'm currently studying at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and I wish to work in the energy sector. My differential is to understand the larger scale of the occupation to do a better job. I actively play my role in organic marketing growth by offering an outstanding customer experience and primary human contact between client and brand. Many of the leaders I worked with have given me the feedback of being sociable and a quick learner. My last occupation was as a customer experience conductor and tourist guide while selling tour tickets directly to clients and also B2B with local hotels. I had 50% more sales than average and had good upsell numbers. I was also in charge of managing the attendance and payments in Excel. I was responsible for making a report about the tour. By analyzing the payment method experience and FAQs I advised to include a payment link that was incorporated and made possible for many clients to attend the tour and made the process much faster. Before, I worked as a BDR representative at Cia. Hering. I first read "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie and then I got down on sales. It was a very successful first experience at the sector because I got the best average ticket price and also the greater amount of product sold per client among my colleagues. My first formal experience was as a customer service agent in Rio de Janeiro. At the moment I started working I already had good English skills and being in a central touristic location like Copacabana allowed me to really improve the customer experience while practicing my fluency. I was 16 years old when I started my first experiences as an entrepreneur, with a brownie company and I also worked as a guitar tutor of 10 happy students. It was very important because it taught me a lot about sales and financial management. I went to Pedro Segundo where I've studied English, Spanish and French and completed my high school. Meanwhile, I studied English at IBEU (Brazil-United States Institute) for 5 years. After school, I wished to go to medical school and ended up attending to nursing school for two years before deciding to change fields. I'm still very interested in the health sector. I'm in love with Environmental Engineering and studying it in UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro).
