Primary support to the lead designer for our current nine builds which includes turning plans into 2D, leading small-scale solo projects, and QC-ing lead designer's work before submitting orders like windows and doors. • Successfully turned a $600k custom build into a $1.3M custom build by intuitively understanding what the clients were seeking. • Responsible for all day-to-day administration including, all permitting, tracking insurance for our 45 subcontractors and suppliers, managing orders, and reviewing legal contracts.• Providing all bookkeeping for our company's $4-million revenue, acting as a liaison with banks including managing appraisals (averaging $325/sqft), and client bi-monthly progress billing for each custom job.• Consistently communicating client needs and change orders with Project Managers.• Responsible for creating organization's branding material including current website. • Working alongside Founder to create events and implement marketing strategies.

Formed James Grey Partners after recognizing that many small for profit and non-profit businesses need, but can often not afford, professional support for their operations. Currently helping small businesses grow and thrive by offering operations and project management services on a contractual basis. Descriptions below are from the Asian District Cultural Association Partnership.• Worked alongside Motif Creative to get association up-to-date by streamlining operational systems, implementing governing processes, bringing bylaws, taxes and insurance concurrent, adjusting sponsorship packets, and collecting past-due pledges.• Helped Board Chair maximize the bandwidth of the organization to better aid the Asian-American OKC community. For instance, we more-evenly distributed workload amongst the members of the board, more narrowly focused the three-year plan to one that was more achievable, and transitioned five small events into one large event.• Highlighted weak spots within the organization and gave Board Chair processes to gradually make these changes. For example, I encouraged the Chair to grow the board from five members to eleven and diversify the board to include a more holistic representation of the Asian-American OKC community. I also gave the Chair a process by which to transition an officer out of his position for chronic lack of service.

• Responsible for all public and internal communication including website, social media, and correspondence with nonprofit partners, Board members, and donors.• Directed the 10-month long brand overhaul. • Developed and implemented systems for managing and tracking stewardship.• Planned and Managed the 2019 Red Monarch Festival on six weeks which hosted 2,500 participants from the OKC community including 600 homeless men and women. The Festival’s purpose was to bring together the diverse groups of privileged and marginalized individuals in our city to commune over music and food.• Worked in conjunction with the Executive Director and Board to create and implement a vision with a focus on bringing the segmented communities of OKC together.• Responsible for all administrative and financial aspects of 405 Center.• Created and maintained Board agendas and participation levels and drafted Memorandums of Understanding and sponsorship pitches when needed.• Brought bylaws up to date and ensured compliance, Completed initiatives involving board member invitations and participation, and on-boarding new donors, contracted employees, independent contractors, non-profit partners, and volunteers.

• Fundraised for the Education Department (AKA – Legacy of Hope) for the U.S. side of the organization.• Collaborated with Executive Director to fundraise for 900 Kenyan students involved with the Maisha Project while daily communicating with donors already involved in our mission on the progress of their sponsored student.• Streamlined the workflow of the Student Sponsorship Department across three Customer Relationship Management databases to more efficiently keep track of each student’s progress in Kenya and of a donor’s engagement with these students.• Managed Maisha’s annual Christmas Box Drive where donors and churches purchased, packed, and shipped 1,000 Christmas boxes to Kenyan students each year.• Administered and maintained organization of all relevant donor, volunteer, and sponsor databases.• Developed Legacy of Hope high school and college interns through self-made curriculum and hands-on training.• Provided the content for and marketed all Legacy of Hope materials.• Collaborated with other Maisha departments, Executive Director, and Board to maintain a spirit of teamwork and excellent communication within the organization.
