CurrentProject Organization: Develop and implement detailed project implementation plans for multiple nation wide alcohol sampling programs, collaborating closely with the Sales team, brand partners, and key accounts to ensure seamless execution.Brand Management: Serve as the primary liaison with alcohol brand partners, gathering event information, maintaining communication channels, and fostering strong relationships with brand representatives. Create weekly and monthly reporting to be sent national brand partners. Client & Retailer Communication: Facilitate all communication needs between clients, retailers, and internal teams, confirming event details, coordinating with store managers, and obtaining feedback for continuous improvement. Department Process Optimization: Streamline internal processes by coordinating with recruitment, logistics, and marketing teams, ensuring timely execution of sampling events, inventory management, and marketing collateral production, ultimately serving as the key coordinator for all in-store sampling events.
