In 40 years of Xerox experience, I have been fortunate to realize success as an individual contributor, a support specialist, first line manager and headquarters process developer. I have delivered ideas and concepts to both internal and externals customers.Achieved 11 Presidents Club and 5 Par Club awards in 23 years of eligibility. Specific positions and responsibilities are listed below.

Acted as the liaison between the Sales Management Process team and field sales users for Xerox North American Operations. Responsible for gathering customer requirements and working with the development team to bring innovation to the field users. Acted as the communication conduit to the field when new features were available in the SMP. Also, delivered training for the Salesforce.com CRM platform for 1,200 NAO users - direct reps, managers, VPs and senior management.

After LSS Black Belt certification, I worked with headquarters Sales Management Process team to continue to refine and develop processes and reporting for field sales users and management. Prepared deployment and training plan for new Salesforce CRM for all of North American Operations.

Completed training to leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes. Led national Black Belt projects to improve external customer satisfaction with Xerox equipment and to standardize Sales Management Process reporting for senior sales executives. Delivered over two million dollars of economic benefit for the two projects. Throughout the process, I was mentoring and certified two Green Belt candidates.

Managed sales teams in Houston and Austin, Texas areas. Took a leadership role in developing a new management process for Texas sales teams. Developed a new method for tracking monthly sold revenue. Rewrote Territory Business Plan package for sales reps that would integrate into managers Operations Review package that I developed. Achieved 1 Presidents Club and 1 Par Club as a first line sales manager.

Was selected as one of the original class of Document Centre Marketing Executives. Involved in the launch and training of the first office digital product line for Xerox. Also, champion for high volume and light production systems. Selected to participate in OSS Top Gun program to development and deployment of an action plan to delivering 2004 national revenue targets.Achieved 5 Presidents Club and 2 Par Club awards supporting sales teams.

Began as a geographic sales rep and promoted to Account Manager. Assigned to a group of large non-customers and was successful in converting a large electricity supplier to Xerox. Also, specialize in covering the education market for 7 years.Achieved 5 Presidents Club and 2 Par Club awards as a direct rep.
