BRAC plays a crucial role in fostering economic growth, supporting businesses, and enhancing the overall economic climate in the Baton Rouge metropolitan area. Britt Bowker serves as BRAC’s Business Development team as the Director of Recruitment. In this role, Bowker works collaboratively with State and parish partners to lead and manage recruitment efforts in the Capital Region through the identification of new project opportunities. She will also lead BRAC’s efforts within the H2theFuture Coalition/Louisiana Future Energy, specifically working on the H2BD project, which will focus on business attraction, retention, and expansion to recruit and grow clean energy companies in South Louisiana.
