Provide senior manager leadership for construction project teams and personally manage projects. In this role to date—created and executed strategic plan for construction division, developed contract/subcontract/scheduling/buyout templates, increased revenue year over year by 600%, increased monthly profit margins by 250%, mentored & trained several new project team members, provided senior leadership for four other project teams working in the division, all while self managing a full project management workload.

Responsible for recruiting potential financial advisors for the Federal Benefits Educators program. The FBE program works with federal agencies to train federal employees on their benefits and preparation for retirement. Recruited advisors running successful practices, insurance and advisory licensed, over 1 million in fixed indexed annuities a year in their practice and interested to increase annual revenues in a niche market.
