Next to being a member of student association HNS, I also had the privilege to help the president with building a new committee from scratch. Where I got promoted to the Head of this new Education Committee as a result. With this committee we desired to connect, inspire and support, doing this by putting the members central while creating a foundation where trust and safety is ensured within the association. The Education committee is a connection between school and the association to help members to have a smooth study experience. As a head of this committee I was responsible for: -Conducting weekly meetings and setting goals for the committee.-Tasked to oversee the organization for the Education committee.-Cater a supporting environment that helps students with their problems.As part of our commitment to our members, we created a HNS Service Point. With this service point members could connect with us directly by reaching out with any kind of questions they had in mind. This could be about the association, the education or their personal life. We we there to help! Besides this, study sessions and workshops were hosted to encourage members to keep on learning together. In an addition to this, we created a database, where summaries and other study files could be shared. Via this way we could create the best learning environment together. Therefore our motto is: Learning by helping!

By being a member of the Promoteam, I am a host during the open days of my study and school. During these open days I give guided tours and will I be available to answer questions from the possible new students and their parents to assist them in a suitable study choice.
