- Designed training schedule and trained new admission coordinators- Traveled across the country recruiting students to attend the University which resulted in 310 individual visits to high schools, college fairs, workshops, and national conferences- Developed recruitment strategies and events for all schools in Central Florida and Space Coast of Florida- Conducted over 300 presentations about the University- Guided prospective students through the admission funnel to ensure matriculation and retention- Counseled prospective students and families regarding UNF policies and procedures- Advised students on admission criteria and interpreting test data and grade reports- Processed applications including GPA recalculations and served on admission committee with Director and Associate Director of Admissions

During Britt's undergraduate collegiate experience, she was extremely involved as a campus tour guide and orientation team leader. Beginning her freshmen year, she was quickly hired on to the staff as a tour guide and remained in this position until she graduated in 2013. She led tours for all guests of the University, provided VIP tours to special guests of the President and concluded her tenure in the office as the Captain of the tour guides. This experience gave Britt the interpersonal skills, time management, leadership and development needed to succeed in her career goals.

Britt's supervisor in the Visitors Center told Britt of this opportunity within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. She applied for this position and was offered the role along with her Visitor Center duties. In this role, she gave campus tours to high profiled students, assisted the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at all recruiting events, conducted research of Florida high schools, and produced countless personal publications for incoming students.
