-Review quarterly & annual financial statements for compliance with US GAAP, debt covenants and SEC Reg S-X, including facilitating disclosure committee meetings and approval-Key team member on special projects such as S-1 filings, IRS Private Letter Rulings, Legal Entity Reorganizations, Stock Option Plan Conversions, Enterprise Valuations-Research, conclude and document in technical accounting memos, business activities including acquisitions, capital and financing transactions and consolidations-Maintain effective financial reporting control environment in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley-Partner w/ FP&A & Investor Relations to provide meaningful analysis of actual/budget/forecast results-Accounting & Reporting contact for international accounting teams (UK, Canada, Mauritius)-Key point of contact for internal and external auditors-Prepare Employee Benefit Plan financial statements & DOL Form 5500

-Prepare/Review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, & internal reporting -Communicate relevant & accurate information to Accounting Director, CAO, Senior Management, Boardof Directors, and Audit Committee-Review Company accounting policy related to recent GAAP pronouncements andongoing technical accounting issues-Review, develop and integrate measurable process improvements-Review / Prepare 10-K, 10-Q, S-4, 8-K and XBRL reporting as required by the Securities &Exchange Commission.

-Direct supervision of interns and associates to facilitate efficient execution of financial audit procedures, provided appropriate guidance & learning opportunities related to audit methodology, professional development, and technical accounting topics.-In-depth research of technical accounting pronouncements to ensure client compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.-Engaged in audits for a variety of industries, including: industrial manufacturing, medicaldevice manufacturing, healthcare, and governmental & not for profit entities.Maintained training requirements and acted as senior auditor for a variety of compliance andinternal control audits, including:-Internal control audits as required under the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002.-Benefit plan audits as required under Department of Labor regulations.-Federal Compliance audits as required under OMB Circular A-133
