Full time principal advisor to the Adjutant General, the Director of the Joint Staff and the Idaho Office of Emergency Management on a broad range of Joint military and domestic operations matters concerning the Department of Defense, the Departments of the Air and Army National Guard, and the Idaho Military Division. I direct the State Partnership Program with the Kingdom of Cambodia working closely with US Pacific Command and the US Embassy staff on planning cross learning opportunities and training between our two countries. I operationally direct 101st WMD/Civil Support Team and Idaho National Guard Counter Drug operations which supports Idaho law enforcement agencies assisting in the war on illegal substances. I serve as the President of the Idaho Military Division's Morale Welfare and Recreation Group which generates 2.3 million annually to support chaplain and family programs advocacy and community outreach. I also operationally support to two National Guard educational; programs; Idaho's Youth Challange Academy, supporting 16-18 year old at-risk youth in Idaho and STARBASE Idaho which provides 25 hours of STEM education to Idaho's 5th Grade students.
