"PAIR stands for Preschoolers' Adjustment and Intergenerational Risk. We are a federally-funded research project from the National Institutes of Health focused on understanding how family exposure to adversity affects children's health and well being over time." The primary task of a Research Aide/Childcare Assistant is to ensure a successful data collection by assisting with setup and ensuring a safe, enjoyable childcare environment for study participants and their families.
