Federated Learning startup in the Life Sciences industry- Product Manager and Technical Account Manager for top-10 pharmaceutical customer accounts and large multi-modal healthcare data aggregator companies. Worked closely with our CTO & VP Product to influence our product roadmap, and with the engineering team to build and deliver on real-world evidence, clinical trial recruitment and drug discovery AI projects. Owned client relationships with both technical and business stakeholders (Data Science & IT, Therapeutic Area leads and Partnerships)- Owned Sales Engineering and led Go-To-Market strategy with the CEO - defined target customer segments and use cases, then tested and iterated with target customers. Ultimately secured two 6-figure deals which renewed with upsell each year. Hands-on built prototype federated workflows to close customers

- Founded Harmony, a music therapy for mental wellbeing app based on neuroscience research (4 months)- Conducted >200 interviews with researchers, experts and potential customers to define a company and product vision- Won a £20k grant from Life+ Collective including training in user experience, talent strategy and more- Worked with an Oxford postdoc neuroscientist who led our music emotion biosignals research. Collaborated with him to define a research question building on key themes from my research interviews- Recruited a seasoned software & ML engineer who built our prototype app. Synthesised my knowledge into product requirements then provided direction and clarity when iterating on the app- Partnered with The British Association of Music Therapy who proactively organised a focus group of music therapists for us to conduct a co-design session with and then test our app prototype- Stepped away from the startup to pursue solving complex technical problems for institutional partners (B2C wasn't for me)- Worked on other startup ideas in EF prior to Harmony (e.g. AI cybersecurity, AI for microbiome analysis) EF invests in high-potential individuals to help them meet their co-founder, develop their startup ideas and secure funding from leading investors in the shortest possible time. EF have built over 300 companies from scratch; have over 2500 alumni worldwide; and their portfolio is valued at over $4bn (as of Oct 2021)

- Created a product-market fit framework and conducted customer interviews to assess new prospective industries for Monolith to target- Ran GTM prioritisation workshop with our leadership, technical and commercial teams

- Delivered the full machine learning workflow for large Aerospace and Energy client projects (data preprocessing, data visualisation, model building, model optimisation and evaluation). Led technical discussions with client stakeholders while also showcasing Monolith’s low-code AI software- Ran internal knowledge sharing sessions after client projects; presenting to technical and non-technical team members in order to spark discussions on tech, product and strategy- Followed agile scrum practices as part of the tech team developing the software’s backend Python modules- Presented an internal talk on ‘Diversity & Ethics in AI’ and drafted Monolith’s Responsible AI policy- Completed a 1 month internship previously in September 2019 before my masters

- Non-profit engaging with the UK public to educate and raise awareness about AI. Our aim is to become the public's voice for building Ethical AI that is fair for all- Program Manager for an initiative to create a toolkit addressing racial bias in AI - Coordinated 60 volunteers in 7 working groups to curate content for the toolkit. Set weekly goals and created documents and communication channels to aid cross-working group collaborations. Maintained a program progress board to then proactively engage with and unblock groups- Partnered with UX designers to define the user journey, build the toolkit and launch the beta on our website

NSL (now acquired by GMV)- Django backend developer for a GPS data service app. Conceptualised and implemented a data hierarchy structure and user permissions to ensure scalability and security for clients, e.g. government space agencies

- Worked on a delivery routing optimisation problem. Developed an initial solution builder for Satalia's optimisation software (Java)- Facilitated a workshop for Satalia's cross-regional data science team which successfully identified a team priority for the year- Gained exposure to the metaheuristics and machine learning techniques Satalia deploy

- Built a car valuation model in Google Sheets. Predicted to save the company £40,000 in third-party data costs in one year - Defined and implemented customer enquiry channels in the website’s chatbot using the API and webhooks - Used Selenium IDE to automate daily, time-sensitive customer service tasks, reducing time spent by 75%

- Client Relationship Manager for European institutional investor portfolios worth a combined total >$1bn- Coordinated client investment negotiations. Collaborated with colleagues globally on client pitchbooks and large tender documents. Used portfolio analysis tools to prompt data-driven, proactive client engagement- Analysed past data on tenders to define a target product sales strategy by region and quantify the upside potential to management- Proactively led an operational efficiency project that cut marketing compliance processing time by 50%- Future Leaders Conference 2018: organising committee member and presented to 100 client attendees- Analyst Impact Fund competition: sourced and analysed innovative charities for Goldman Sachs to donate to- Passionate about training and mentoring new analysts, for example coordinating the analysts’ help forum
