She lead a team of 25+ coaches in implementing best practices for childhood physical and emotional development. Additionally, Brittain has experience in charting successful go-to-market strategies to launch initiatives across a variety of channels to ensure sustainable, organic engagement.Brittain transitioned to higher education in 2021 to explore translational skills and broaden her knowledge of program development in other industries. During her time at Sears think[box] and LaunchNET, she has supported over 200+ students in exploring entrepreneurship. Additionally, she developed and managed 3 successful rounds of micro grant funding for student and alumni entrepreneurs totalling $110k in funding.
